MESSAGING TERMS

These terms govern the transactional text messages (SMS) that Iron Mind AB (Org.nr 559551-9181, Sweden) sends when you ask us to. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

PROGRAM NAME & DESCRIPTION

Iron Mind AB Transactional Messaging (the “Program”) is operated by Iron Mind AB (Org.nr 559551-9181), Kopparvägen 44, 187 44 Täby, Sweden. The Program sends one-off, transactional text messages (SMS) containing information or a link that you have asked us to send, for example a link to book a meeting with one of our engineers or to view a preview pitch.

The Program is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or marketing messages, and we do not send messages you have not requested.

HOW YOU OPT IN

You opt in by requesting a message from us. You can do this by phone, through our website (iron-mind.ai), or by email, by asking us to text you a link and providing your mobile number. By doing so you agree to receive the requested message(s) from Iron Mind AB at that number.

We keep a record of each opt-in, including the date and time and how it was made. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE TYPES & FREQUENCY

Messages are transactional and sent only in response to your request. Typical messages contain a meeting-booking link, a preview pitch link, or a short reply to a question you asked. Message frequency is low: generally one to a few messages per request, and none if you have not made one.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

OPTING OUT & HELP

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation and no further messages. You may also email info@iron-mind.ai.
• For help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.

If you opt out you can opt in again at any time by requesting a new message from us.

NO MARKETING, NO SHARING OF NUMBERS

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our messages on our behalf (Telnyx), solely to deliver them. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and retain your information.

CARRIERS & LIABILITY

Wireless carriers and their supported networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee delivery. The Program is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law Iron Mind AB is not liable for losses arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
