Prove It Works.
Then Decide.

You don't need a full product yet. You need an answer. We build proof of concepts in days — focused, technical, conclusive — so you can move forward with confidence, not assumptions.

Get Your Proof

Opinions Don't Close Deals. Proof Does.

You've been in that meeting. Someone says "Can we do X?" and the room splits into believers and skeptics. Months of debate follow. Committees form. Nothing ships.

Here's a faster way: build the thing in days and let the results speak. A working POC settles more arguments than a hundred slide decks.

We build the proof so you can make the call. No guesswork, no hand-waving — just working code that answers the question.

What a POC from Us Looks Like

Technical Feasibility

The core question answered with working code. Can it integrate? Can it scale? Can it handle the edge cases? You'll know for sure.

Focused Scope

A POC isn't a product. We strip away everything that doesn't answer the question. That's why we deliver in days, not months.

Live Demo

Something you can show stakeholders, investors, or your board. Not screenshots — a working system they can interact with.

Performance Benchmarks

Real numbers on speed, accuracy, throughput — whatever matters for your use case. Data you can put in a decision document.

Technical Report

Architecture decisions, trade-offs, limitations, and a clear path from POC to production. No hand-waving — engineering-grade analysis.

Production Roadmap

If the POC proves the concept, we map the path to a full product — timeline, architecture, cost. Same team, no knowledge loss.

From Question to Answer

Define the question

What exactly needs to be proven? We get specific. "Can AI do X with our data?" is a POC. "Build us an AI platform" is not.

Build the proof

Minimal, focused, fast. We isolate the critical technical challenge and solve it — with real data, real integrations, real constraints.

Deliver the verdict

Working demo, performance data, technical analysis. Everything you need to make the decision — or convince the people who do.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I commission a Proof of Concept?

Commission a POC when you need to answer a specific technical or product question before committing to a full build. Common triggers: an investor or board requires evidence that a technology works; your engineering team is uncertain whether a given AI, integration, or architecture approach is feasible; you need a live demo to close a sale or partnership; or you want to compare two technical approaches with real performance data before deciding which to build.

What's the difference between a POC and an MVP at Iron Mind?

A POC answers a technical feasibility question — it is not for end-users, has no production infrastructure, and is not designed to scale. An MVP is the smallest deployable product for real users to validate a market assumption — it has auth, a database, cloud deployment, and monitoring. POCs take days; MVPs take 1 to 2 weeks at minimum. If your question is "does this work technically?" — you need a POC. If your question is "will users pay for this?" — you need an MVP.

How long does a POC take?

Most POCs are delivered in 3 to 7 days. The timeline depends on the complexity of the question being answered: a single-API AI integration POC takes 2 to 3 days; a multi-model comparison with benchmark data takes 5 to 7 days; a complex multi-system integration feasibility test may take up to 10 days. Timeline is fixed before work starts. You get working code, not a slide deck, on the agreed delivery date.

What deliverables come with a POC?

Every POC includes: working code in a private repository you own, a live demo (hosted or local — specified upfront), a technical findings document covering what was tested, the results, performance benchmarks where applicable, architectural options for the full build, and a recommendation on whether to proceed. If the POC proves the approach is not feasible, that conclusion is documented clearly with the evidence — not softened.

What does a POC cost?

POCs start at $3k for a focused, single-question feasibility test delivered in 3 to 5 days. More complex POCs involving multiple systems, multi-model comparisons, or performance benchmarking run $5k–$10k. Pricing is fixed — you know the cost before work begins. POC code is production-quality and reusable: if you proceed to an MVP or full build, the POC code carries forward, reducing the total cost of the subsequent phase.
