Phase 1: Discovery (2 Days, Not 2 Weeks)
Goal: Understand the problem, agree on scope, align on success criteria
What happens:
- Day 1: 90-minute kickoff call. You walk us through the problem, your users, and what success looks like. We ask clarifying questions. No slide decks, just conversation.
- Day 2: We deliver a project brief: scope, technical approach, timeline, and cost. You review async, we iterate, and align by end of day.
What we eliminated: Multi-week requirement gathering, lengthy proposal processes, endless stakeholder alignment meetings
Output: A clear, documented scope that everyone agrees on — in 2 days instead of 2 weeks.
Phase 2: Design Sprint (3-5 Days)
Goal: Design the user experience and technical architecture in parallel
What happens:
- Day 1-2: Wireframes and user flows. We design in Figma and share with you for async feedback.
- Day 3-4: High-fidelity mockups for critical screens. Meanwhile, engineers start setting up architecture and infrastructure (we don't wait for design to be "done").

What happens:

Weekly demo: Every Friday, we demo what shipped that week. You give feedback. We incorporate it into next week's work.
