What happens:

  • Day 1: 90-minute kickoff call. You walk us through the problem, your users, and what success looks like. We ask clarifying questions. No slide decks, just conversation.
  • Day 2: We deliver a project brief: scope, technical approach, timeline, and cost. You review async, we iterate, and align by end of day.
